Delivery of e-tickets
We operate an e-ticket system. Tickets are sent via email to your primary email address within 10 minutes of you completing your purchase. Each seat will have it's own ticket. The ticket will need to be printed and presented at the door on arrival. Should you not receive your ticket/s within an hour please email tickets@lovetodance.co.uk or phone 0845 000 99 00 and we will resend.
Refund Policy
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled.
Tickets may be transferred subject to notifying Love to Dance of the changes in writing, but not re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain.
Love to Dance may refuse entry to or eject from the venue any ticket holder found in possession of tickets which have been re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain.
In the unlikely event that one couple were unable to attend "Love To Dance" we will endeavour to provide a reasonable alternative couple, if no alternative can be found then a refund equal to 20% of the ticket face value will be given, if both couples failed to appear then a full refund would be given or an alternative event offered.
Refunds will only be given on tickets, according to the terms & conditions set out above. Love To Dance shall not be liable for consequential losses, including but not limited to travel expenses and accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
Ticket holders for a cancelled event will be offered either tickets for a rescheduled date (subject to availability) up to the face value of the original tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event, a refund of the ticket face value plus the per-ticket booking fee.
Written claims for refunds should be sent to the point of purchase, enclosing the unused tickets, no later than 28 days from the date of the cancelled event.
General Conditions
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, Love to Dance and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employees are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
Love to Dance and venue management accept no responsibility for any personal property.
