We started dancing together in our mid-teens, when our dancing teacher put us both together for the first time. Vincent had just moved in from Southern Italy, not far from Flavia´s home town (although we had never met!), and it was a lucky coincidence.
The early years were quite hectic, with Vincent maintaining his teaching commitments back in Italy, and Flavia was studying for her A-Levels.
The professional competitions started from 2001, and we noticed right from the start that we were equally good in both latin and ballroom. This was probably because we had both practised as amateurs in all disciplines, and enjoy all of the dances immensely.
Since 2002, we have been entering the UK championships and doing very well. We currently hold the UK 10 Dance title, and the UK Show Dance title. We're looking forward to future championships, and will hopefully retain our titles!
